Customize Content Audit Settings

The Content Module Settings page is where you manage all elements included in your Kapoq audits.

Each content category contains a detailed set of benchmarks that Kapoq evaluates during the audit process. These benchmarks directly impact both your audit results and your overall K-Score.

Enabling & Disabling Benchmarks

Every content element includes a toggle control.

  • Toggle ON → Kapoq evaluates that benchmark during audits.

  • Toggle OFF → Kapoq excludes that benchmark from:

    • Audit alerts

    • Compliance scoring

    • Your K-Score calculation

Example: Special Characters

If the Special Characters toggle is turned off, like in the example below, Kapoq will:

  • Stop flagging ASINs with special characters in the title

  • Remove this criterion from the audit

  • Exclude it from the K-Score calculation

This gives you full control over which standards apply to your catalog.

Advanced Content Customization Settings

Kapoq also offers Advanced Content Customization Settings, allowing you to define your own benchmarks.

These custom values override Kapoq’s default standards and become the new criteria used during audits.

Example: Title Length Requirement

If you set a custom minimum title length of 25 characters:

  • Kapoq will audit all ASIN titles against this new benchmark

  • Any ASIN with fewer than 25 characters will be flagged

  • The 25-character threshold becomes your active compliance standard

This flexibility allows you to align audits with your internal brand guidelines, retailer requirements, or marketplace best practices.

Why This Matters

By customizing your Content Module Settings, you can:

  • Align audits with your brand standards

  • Focus on the metrics that matter most

  • Improve audit accuracy

  • Ensure your K-Score reflects your true content strategy

Kapoq’s flexible framework ensures your audits work for your business — not the other way around.
