Overview
In the Listings Module, Kapoq offers the ability to organize listings via Tags. Tags allow you to:
Group listings based on identified relevant characteristics
Filter by created Tags in other modules (such as Analytics) to easily analyze performance for tagged groups
Setting Up Tags
To set up Tags:
Navigate to the Listings Module
Click on the Tag Wizard
If no Tags have been added yet, you will have the option to go through a tutorial.
Click “Continue” to follow the tutorial, which will assist you in creating Tag Groups.
Click “Skip for now” to create Tag Groups on your own or return to the tutorial later.

What is a Tag Group?
A Tag Group is a broad group that serves as an umbrella for specific Tags.
Enter a group name (e.g., parent, color, size, style, type, status) to create a Tag Group.
What are Tags?
Tags live within a Tag Group.
For example:
Tag Group: Color
Tags: Blue, Red, Green
Adding Products to Tags
Once your Tag Groups and Tags are created, you can assign products in several ways:
1. Using the Unassigned Filter
Manually choose which Tag to assign the product to.
2. Bulk Selection
Select multiple products and choose a Tag from the “Apply Tag” dropdown.
3. Search and Assign
Search using a keyword in the search bar and select the relevant products from the results.
Additional Tag Groups and Tags can be added at any time in the sidebar.
Where Tags Appear
Analytics – Performance and Comparison Tools
Within Analytics, Tags can be leveraged in the Performance and Comparison tables, as well as in exports.
To view Tag Groups in Analytics:
Go to Analytics > Performance
Click and drag the Tag column header
Drop it into the light grey header labeled:
“Drag a column header and drop it here to group by that column”
In the example above:
The Type Tag Group was dragged into the grouping bar.
Data is filtered and rolled up by the Tag Group for easier analysis.
All data will be filtered and rolled up by the Tag Group for a convenient way to analyze the performance.
To see all products within a Tag:
Click the Tag name
The table will expand (accordion view) to display the associated products

To review:
Navigate to Analytics > Reports
Download the Advertising Report
