In Kapoq, Goals can be established across 15+ metrics allowing to track performance and trends at the Account / Brand level. Goals can be updated by any user and whatever Goal is updated will be displayed for all using the tool.
To input Goals starts by navigating to the Analytics > Goals tab.
Within you can follow the first step to create goals at the Account / Brand level.
Select Add Widget to begin:
Using the Create a new Goal dropdown, select a specific metric to begin creating Goals for.
Here's an example of Sales Goals established for each month this year (2023).
Thereafter, add the widget to your dashboard to display the Goal you're tracking.
Note: each user (individual) login will have to add the widgets to their Goals feature in order to display the relevant Goals the user would like to view. Below is an example where the user added both the Sales and the Return Rate Goal using the + Add Widget button.
In addition, Goals will flow into multiple parts of Kapoq such as in the Sales Metrics table (found via main dashboard) or the Ad Budget Overview tables.
Within this table, you can track the expect sales run rate based on your Goal and use this information to inform actions, such as increasing ads spend to drive increased sales.
