Goals in Kapoq allow you to track performance and trends at the Account and Brand level across 15+ metrics. Any user can update Goals, and changes are reflected across the tool for all users.

Getting Started

Navigate to Analytics > Goals to access the Goals tab.

Creating a Goal

  1. Step 1: Add a Widget or Goal

Click + Add Widget or Goal to get started.

Step 2: Choose Your Goal Type

You will be prompted to choose one of two options:

  • Create a New Goal — builds a brand new goal from scratch

  • Create a New Widget from a Goal — adds a widget for an existing goal to your dashboard

Managing Goals

Editing a Goal Created from a Widget

After adding a widget, it will appear on your Goals page. To edit the goal, you have two options:

  • From the widget — select the three-dot menu in the top right corner of the widget and click Edit Goal

  • From the Edit Goals button — click Edit Goals, then select the goal you want to modify

Select the goal, make your changes, then click Save and Close.

Editing a Newly Created Goal

If you selected Create a New Goal, you will be automatically prompted to enter your goal values after creation.

Enter your values, then choose one of the following:

  • Save and Close — saves the goal without adding a widget

  • Save and Add Widget — saves the goal and immediately adds it to your Goals dashboard

Viewing Goals on Your Dashboard

Note: Each user must individually add widgets to their Goals dashboard to display the metrics they want to track. For example, a user may add both a Sales Goal and a Return Rate Goal widget using the + Add or Edit Goals buttons.

Where Goals Appear Across Kapoq

Goals are not limited to the Goals tab — they flow into several other areas of the platform, including:

  • Sales Metrics Table — accessible from the main dashboard

  • Ad Budget Overview Tables

Within these tables, you can monitor your expected sales run rate against your Goal and use those insights to drive action — such as increasing ad spend to boost sales performance.
