Vendor Central (VC) metrics are distinct from that of Seller Central (SC), and will display in their own areas throughout the platform. You can fine tune and customize metric chips and filters to tailor our dashboards to a VC account.

Once a VC account is connected, we recommend adjusting the following in order to conveniently assess the account's data and performance:

  • Change Main Dashboard configuration to include VC metrics

  • Select VC metrics in Analytics > Performance

  • Adjust default view in Analytics Performance and Comparison Tool

  • Download reports that are VC specific

Change Main Dashboard configuration to include VC Metrics

Adjust your main dashboard to include the VC metrics you want to see. In the Main Dashboard, click the gear near the top right of the screen to pop up Dashboard Settings. From there, toggle on the Vendor specific metrics that you prefer.

These metrics will save to your Main Dashboard at the user level.

Select VC Metrics in Analytics > Performance

Within the Performance chart found in our Analytics module, there are VC metrics you can select. Note that there is an entire VC section within this selector.

Choose the VC metrics you would like to assess over a specific time period.

Adjust default view in Analytics Performance and Comparison Tool

Within the Performance and Comparison Tools in Analytics, you can adjust and save a custom view of the product grid to include, or only display, VC data.

In the Column Filter above the product grid, click "+ADD". From there, you can name the filter (e.g., "Vendor Central"), and select the desired metrics. This filter is saved at the user level, and will display as your view until you change it.

You can download the product grid, and the download will obey the filter you have saved.

Download reports that are VC specific

Finally, we offer reports that are distinct to VC and to SC, as well as ones that apply to both.

For example, the report "Brand Manager" is SC only, and will not display data if a VC account is selected. A comparable report for VC would be "Vendor Sales and Traffic". Ad reports, on the other hand, are applicable to both SC and VC accounts.

VC specific reports are marked below:

Note: Advertising Reports apply to both SC and VC accounts.
