Kapoq’s Content Edit feature allows users to push content edits across three elements of a listing:
Titles
Descriptions
Bullet Points
Once submitted, Kapoq pushes these edits through a live feed every 15 minutes.
Accessing the Content Edit Feature
To access this feature:
Navigate to the Content Module
Open the Content Audit
Option 1: Editing a Single ASIN
Selecting an ASIN
Next, select and zoom into the specific ASIN you’d like to make changes to.
Editing Listing Content
Once inside the ASIN view, edits can be made to each content element:
Title
Description
Bullet Points
Submitting Content Changes
After making your edits, complete the process by selecting “Save Changes.”
This will submit the content updates through Kapoq’s feed.
Option 2: Editing Content in Bulk
If you have updates across multiple ASINs, you can upload them together from the Content Audit tab using a template rather than editing each listing individually.
Select Bulk Upload in the top right of the Content Audit table.
Download the content upload template.
Fill in the template with the ASINs you want to update and the new Title, Description, or Bullet Point content for each.
Select Bulk Upload again and upload the template. Uploading the template will push the content changes to Amazon.
Bulk uploads submit through the same feed as individual edits and appear in the Content Edit tab alongside them.
Important Note About Amazon Publishing
Content changes submitted through Kapoq do not guarantee that the updates will go live on Amazon.
Due to Amazon’s strict publishing policies, you may need to resubmit changes multiple times before they are accepted and applied.
Tracking Submitted Changes
Kapoq provides a Content Edit tab where you can track the changes submitted through the feed.
Within this tab, you can toggle between:
Submitted Status
Pending Status
Failed Status
This toggle is located in the top left above the table.
