ENHANCEMENTS

Advertising

  • The TACOS metric chip in the Product grid will now display data for Vendor accounts.

Content

  • Audit & Protection will start using the Catalog API and A+ Content API to check for: Title, Bullet Points, Description, Images, and A+ Content on the PDP. These improvements will not only enhance the accuracy and timeliness of the information you receive, but will elevate your overall experience. For the time being, we will no longer support video checks and monitor changes in badges, as these are not available via API.

  • An export option has been added to the Content Edit Log.

Inventory

  • Lost Sales is now available in the Inventory Unit Forecasting workbook under the Output tab. Simply increase the run rate by including lost sales in the forecast. For example, Kapoq may calculate that a certain SKU had lost sales of 10 units for a given month. If you have this setting set to 30%, then Kapoq will bump up demand by 10 units * 30% = 3 units. Entering 0% will ignore lost sales. Entering 100% will fully consider all lost sales.

Global Features

  • TACOS has been added as a metric chip to the Main Dashboard, and functions for both Seller and Vendor accounts.

  • Settings pages across the platform have had various text and layout updates to make them more uniform.

BUG FIXES

  • Sales Metric widget was displaying a run rate that was different from the actual value for September 2022.

  • BSR Category was not selectable if the metrics drop-down menu was opened before a single item was selected from the grid.

  • Total Sessions in the Analytics charts were not matching the correct amount in the grids.

  • Content Protection was always showing ‘No Content’ for description, even when one was present.

  • SKU Settings, Next Order Date, and Restock Units tabs of the inventory modal were counting Sellable Inventory twice in the Committed Inventory metric.

  • Vendor Shipped COGS was displaying as a negative value in Analytics.
