NEW RELEASES


  • Automated Dayparting is here! Take advantage of Kapoq's automated dayparting functionality leveraging the Amazon Marketing Stream (AMS).

    • Set your dayparting method to automated at the account, strategy, or campaign level to allow Kapoq to manage your bids according to an automated schedule. Ensure you have dayparting and bid automation enabled; the automated schedule will display in blue within the campaign detail page Dayparting tab.

ENHANCEMENTS


Advertising

  • Min and Max Bid Multiplier settings have been added to the Settings tab for dayparting automation.

  • AOV has been added as an option to the metric chips in the Manage Campaigns grids and detail pages.

  • Bulk upload template in the Strategies and Campaigns tabs now include all advanced settings, including new automated dayparting settings.

  • Performance improvements have been made for ad bid approvals.

Listings

  • Demand Curve is now available which shows the concentration of units purchased based on the historical price points! This can be found in the new ‘Insights’ tab on the SKU and ASIN detail pages.

  • Event Stakes can be added by double-clicking any data point in the detail page charts.

Inventory

  • A setting has been added to Unit Forecasting workbook to account for returns; it can be found both in the Settings tab of the Inventory module as well as on the Output Report tab of the workbook.

Accounting

  • Returns have been added as a setting within the Unit Forecasting workbook to allow you to factor in a % of potential returns when forecasting; to enable, both can be found in the Settings tab of the Inventory module as well as on the Output Report tab of the workbook.

Analytics

  • Click Through Rate (CTR) has been added as a column option into the Performance and Comparison tools; please note this is not a default metric and must be added via the Column Filter above the grid

  • Parent ASIN has been added as a column to the grid exports for SKU and ASIN aggregation levels

  • Performance improvements have been made to grid load time

Global Features

  • A new user setting has been added that allows event stakes in charts across the platform to be turned on or off

BUG FIXES


  • Comparison period chart for the TACOS metric chip on the dashboards was not displaying any data

  • Campaign filtering was broken when a brand/account filter was selected

  • ASIN Target Type filed in the Product Target Harvesting template was erroring out in Google Sheets
