ENHANCEMENTS

Analytics

  • The new Data Hub offers more transparency into data collection and availability. The new submodule in Analytics provides insight into API endpoints, approximate date and time data was last pulled for each account, how often data is pulled, and how much data Kapoq backfills upon account connection.

  • A column has been added to identify whether an item is a child, parent, or standalone listing; this is not a default metric and must be added to the grid using the column filter settings.

  • Order Conversion Rate has been added as a new column option; this is not a default metric and must be added to the grid using the column filter settings.

Advertising

  • A system-generated event stake has been added that notates when automated dayparting has been turned on or off at the account level. If interested in enabling dayparting automation, please reach out to our team for support.

Inventory

  • Unit Forecasting workbook now contains the option to apply a monthly growth rate at the SKU level on the Forecast tab, a new section that shows the percentage change month over month for historical units sold, and a hidden ASIN column on the Upload Template tab for reference.

  • Info hovers have been added to the Draft Shipments tab offering easier ways to filter for uploaded shipments.

Accounting

  • Cost of Goods Sold has been moved back up under Net Sales in the Margin Details tabs and Comparison tab.

Global Features

  • Search function in the top navigation bar now obeys the listing type you are searching for. As an example, if you search for an ASIN, an ASIN detail page will show in the search results instead of SKU.

BUG FIXES

  • Default brand drop-down in the Company detail page was showing all brands regardless of if they were actually assigned to that particular account

  • Shipment Creation reverted back to requiring a user be filtered down to a single brand

  • Dayparting Method filter in the Campaign and Strategy tabs was not applying the filter

  • FBA Reconciliation Alert was not totaling up affected SKUs and their quantities correctly

  • Too Few Products on SB Creative opportunity grid was not loading

  • Next Order Date, Reorder Qty, and Daily Demand columns in the FBA inventory grid were displaying as blank when the next order date was more than a year in the future
