Kapoq DataLink Overview

Kapoq DataLink offers automated, nightly extraction (1:00–2:00 AM CT) of Amazon and Walmart performance data and was developed to offer brands and agencies direct access to a secure, constantly maintained, and API-optimized data pipeline. The DataLink handles the complexity, cost, and resourcing burden of building and maintaining custom integrations. By leveraging years of Kapoq's deep Amazon API expertise, automated error detection, customizable dashboarding templates via Looker Studio, and flexible integration paths (via MySQL and more), the Kapoq Data Link empowers users to own their reporting with scalable, streamlined insights.

1. Advertising Target Data

Detailed metrics at the keyword or product targeting level within campaigns.

  • TargetId: Unique identifier for the advertising target.

  • Date: Date of the data snapshot.

  • Impressions: Number of times the target ad was displayed.

  • Clicks: Number of user clicks on the target ad.

  • Cost: Total ad spend for the target.

  • Orders: Number of purchases attributed to the ad.

  • AdSales: Revenue generated from ad-attributed orders.

  • CampaignId: ID of the associated campaign.

  • Campaign: Name of the campaign.

  • StartDate: Campaign start date.

  • EndDate: Campaign end date.

  • CampaignType: Type of campaign (e.g., Sponsored Products).

Top-level campaign performance summary.

  • Same campaign-level fields as above, excluding group- or target-level details.


4. Amazon DSP Data

Display advertising performance both on and off Amazon.

  • Advertiser: Name of the advertiser or DSP account.

  • Account: Linked Amazon account.

  • Brand: Brand running the DSP ad.

  • Date: Date of the report.

  • Order: DSP order identifier.

  • LineItem: Line item within the order.

  • Creative: Creative asset name.

  • CreativeSize: Size of the creative ad.

  • CreativeType: Type of creative (e.g., display, video).

  • TotalCost: Total DSP spend.

  • ASIN: Amazon Standard Identification Number.

  • ParentASIN: Grouped parent ASIN if applicable.

  • TotalQuantity: Number of units sold.

  • TotalSales: Total revenue generated.


6. Amazon Seller Traffic

Customer interaction with Seller Central ASINs.

  • Date: Record date.

  • Account: Seller account.

  • ASIN: Amazon product identifier.

  • ParentASIN: Associated parent ASIN.

  • BuyBoxPercentage: % of time seller had the Buy Box.

  • PageViews: Total page views including repeats.

  • Sessions: Unique visitor sessions.


7. Amazon Vendor Traffic

Traffic metrics for Vendor Central products.

  • Date: Record date.

  • Account: Vendor account identifier.

  • ASIN: Product identifier.

  • ParentASIN: Associated parent ASIN.

  • GlanceViews: Product detail page views on Vendor Central.


8. VendorPoAsin

Tracks vendor purchase orders at the ASIN level.

  • ASIN: Amazon product ID.

  • OrderDate: Date the PO was created.

  • ItemName: Name of the ordered item.

  • Account: Vendor account identifier.

  • ReplenishmentCategoryTypeId: ID of replenishment category.
