Lost An Item

If you believe you have left an item in a ride, no worries!

Our policy towards lost and found items is straightforward. If the driver notices the item, or is contacted by us and finds the item in their car, we will contact the passenger to inform them to arrange a pick-up at a police station or schedule to have the item returned.

If you wish to have the item returned directly to you, you may be charged a delivery fee to compensate for the driver's time to arrange this. Your payment method on account will be automatically charged.


We do all we can to help you get your item back, but please note that Kari is not responsible for items lost during rides.
