How to send funds to an external crypto wallet

Learn how to send crypto from your Karta Business balance to an external wallet or exchange. This article explains supported tokens and networks, how the transfer works, what fees apply, and other important details.

How to send crypto

  1. Click Move Money

  2. Select Send Funds

  3. Choose Crypto Transfer

  4. Select the account you want to send funds from

  5. Enter the token, network, wallet address, and amount

  6. Click Next

  7. Review the details

  8. Click Send


Important before sending

Please make sure that:

  • the wallet address is correct

  • the selected network is correct

  • the receiving wallet supports the selected token and network

⚠️ Crypto transfers cannot be reversed once completed.

Your total withdrawal fee includes up to 3 parts:

  • service fee

  • exchange fee

Service fee

The service fee is 0.1% of the withdrawal amount.

Exchange fee

An exchange fee applies when your withdrawal requires currency conversion.

  • For USD accounts, payouts in USDT, USDC, and USDe are converted at 1:1, with no exchange fee.

  • For USD accounts, payouts in ETH and WBTC include a 1% exchange fee in the exchange rate.

  • For EUR accounts, payouts in USDT, USDC, USDe, ETH, and WBTC include a 1% exchange fee in the exchange rate.

How total fees are calculated

Your total withdrawal fee is:

network fee + 0.1% service fee + exchange fee (when currency conversion applies)

Transfer time

Crypto withdrawals usually arrive within 1–5 minutes. If the network is busy, it may take up to 1 hour in rare cases. If your funds still haven’t arrived after 1 hour, please contact support.
