If you no longer need a virtual card—whether it's your own or an employee's—canceling it is quick and easy.
Here's how to do it:
Simply navigate to the Virtual cards section of your dashboard. From there, you'll be able to manage all your cards, including the option to cancel any that are no longer in use.
To cancel a virtual card, select a card you want to cancel from the list, then open the More options dropdown, and choose Close Card.
You will get to a confirmation page. If you are sure you selected the right card, click the Yes, close button.
Once a card is canceled, it can no longer be used. This card will be displayed in the Virtual Cards section with Closed status.
