What if my card is compromised?

Please lock your card and contact us as soon as possible!

If you believe your card has been compromised, please follow the steps below to secure it:

1. Lock your card immediately to prevent unauthorized use.

2. Go to the Cards section, select the card in question, and click "Lock Card."

3. Once locked, email us at support@karta.io so we can take necessary precautions on our side.

Please note that any transactions made with your card prior to notifying us about the compromise will be considered as authorized by the card owner.
