How to find the needed virtual card?
To open virtual cards, click on the Virtual Cards tab on the left.
In this section, each user can view a list of their virtual cards.
The table allows users to search for a specific virtual card by name or by the last four digits. Additionally, users can filter the list of virtual cards based on various criteria.
What filters can be applied?
Applying filters there are three ways to find needed virtual cards:
By virtual card status (Active, Locked, Closed),
By Budget (the list of related Budgets), or
By Limit types (No Limit, Per Transaction, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime).
You can also see the card statuses on the page:
Active - The card is working and can be used. The card can approve authorizations.
Locked - a card is suspended but can be unlocked and will become active or inactive.
Closed - the card is closed and cannot be returned to active status. The card will decline authorization, and no authorization object will be recorded. This status is permanent.
