Learn about your card's billing address, issuing bank, currency, and how to make international purchases with Karta Personal.

  1. What is the billing address for my card?
    The billing address for your card is the same as the one provided during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

    If you would like to change your billing address, please tap Visa Virtual on the main screen, expand the Billing Address section, and click Change Address. Enter your new address details and then tap Save.

  2. Which country was my card issued in?
    Your card will be issued in Puerto Rico (USA).

  3. Which bank issued my card?
    Your card will be issued by Third National Bank.
    ​

  4. What is the main currency for my card?
    The main currency for your card is US Dollars (USD).
    ​

  5. Can I make purchases in different currencies?
    Yes, you can make purchases in various international currencies. Currency conversion fees will be applied automatically.
