Crypto payouts to external wallets
You can currently send funds to an external crypto wallet. Processing may sometimes take up to 12 hours.

You can also fund your Karta account via a bank transfer using a Virtual Account.
Depending on the selected currency, available payment methods may include:

Bank Transfer (COP)

To get your bank details, go to Top Up → Virtual Accounts in the Karta app and select the currency you want to receive.
The app will show the required account details, fee, minimum amount, and expected arrival time.
Processing times depend on the payment method and sending bank. Some transfers may require additional review
