What to Do If Your Apple Device Is Lost or Stolen

If your Apple device is lost or stolen, act quickly to protect your information:

  1. Report your device lost or stolen
    Contact us to suspend your card and secure your account.

  2. Use Find My iPhone or iPad
    If enabled, log into your Apple ID remotely to remove cards from Apple Pay on your device.

  3. For Apple Watch or MacBook
    Log into your Apple ID to remove cards from Apple Pay on the missing device.
    ​

Next Steps
If Find My iPhone isn't enabled, we can cancel your card and order a replacement. Your cards will be removed from Apple Pay, even if the device is offline.
