If your device with Google Pay is lost or stolen, follow these steps:

Report it immediately

Contact us via live-chat to report your device. We’ll suspend your card right away.

What’s the next step?

We’ll cancel your card and issue a replacement. Your cards will be suspended or removed from Google Pay, even if your device is offline.

Keep your account secure

After reporting your device, we recommend changing your Google Pay PIN or password.
