For Online Purchases:

  1. Open Google Pay
Launch the Google Pay app on your phone.

  2. Find the Purchase
Go to the "Transactions" section and locate the purchase you wish to request a refund for.

  3. Request a Refund
Tap on the transaction, and you will see the option to "Request a Refund" or "Contact the Seller." Follow the prompts to submit your refund request.

  4. Wait for Confirmation
After submitting your request, wait for a response from the seller or Google Pay. Refunds may take a few business days, depending on the seller’s policy.

  5. Track Your Refund
You can check the status of your refund in the "Transactions" section of Google Pay.

For In-Store Purchases:

  1. Find Your Receipt
Locate the receipt from your in-store purchase.

  2. Go to the Store
Return to the store with the item and the receipt.

  3. Request a Refund
Ask the store staff for a refund. If necessary, hold your phone near the contactless payment terminal.

  4. Provide Account Information (if required)
For some returns, you may be asked for the last 4 digits of your virtual card number. To find these:

    1. Open the Google Pay app.

    2. Tap on your payment method.

    3. Choose your Karta Personal card.

    4. Scroll down to view the last 4 digits.

  5. Wait for Processing
Once the return is processed, you should receive confirmation of your refund. Keep an eye on your Google Pay account for updates.
