Why am I not receiving the verification code (OTP)?
For security reasons, there are limits on how many times a card can be added to a digital wallet within a certain period.
These limits are applied per user:
• Up to 5 wallet activations per 24 hours
• Up to 10 wallet activations per 90 days
Please note: removing a card from Apple Pay or Google Pay and adding it again counts as a new activation.
If this limit is reached, the verification code (OTP) will not be delivered.
