When should I reissue my card?
You may want to reissue your virtual card if:
You see suspicious activity on your balance.
Your card details were exposed.
You want a new card.
How to reissue your card
You can reissue your virtual card directly in the Karta Personal app. Here’s how:
Open your virtual card.
Tap Replace Card at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm the 10 USDT fee.
Tap Continue to proceed.
Check billing info → tap Pay and Replace Card
If your balance is too low, tap Top Up to add funds.
Once complete, you’ll see a Success message and your new card will be ready.
Don’t forget to link your new card to Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any services that used the old card.
Fees
Card replacement costs 10 USDT.
What happens to my old card?
Your old virtual card is permanently disabled and cannot be used. All active subscriptions or payments linked to it will need to be updated with your new card details. Your balance is automatically transferred to the new card.
