Countries Where the Card Doesn’t Work

This article lists the countries where Karta cards cannot be used, even if they were successfully issued elsewhere.

Karta cards cannot be used in certain countries due to international sanctions and payment network restrictions.

🌍 List of countries where the card will not work

  • Syria

  • Iran

  • Cuba

  • North Korea (DPRK)

  • Russia

  • Ukraine

  • Venezuela

What this means

In these countries, any transactions with your Karta card — including online payments, in-store purchases, or ATM withdrawals — will be automatically declined.

Note

These limitations apply to all cards and all cardholders, regardless of where the card was issued.
