Setting or changing your card PIN is quick and easy, and it’s essential for securing your virtual card transactions.
Why do you need a PIN?
A PIN is required for withdrawing cash at ATMs and for some offline card payments to ensure your security.
How to set your PIN
Open the app.
Go to your Visa virtual account.
Tap Settings, then select Set PIN Code.
Enter a 4-digit PIN of your choice.
How to change your PIN
To change your PIN, go to the Change PIN Code section in the app, enter a new 4-digit PIN, and it will be automatically updated.
What if you forget your PIN?
If you forget your PIN, simply go to the Set PIN Code section in the app, enter a new PIN, and it will be saved as your new PIN.
