To manage your personal information, simply click on the Settings button ⚙️ (the gear icon on your avatar in the top-left corner). This will take you to the Account Settings & Personal Details section, where you can easily view and update your personal data.
Personal Details
In this section, you can view all personal information provided during registration. Some details can be updated directly, while others currently require assistance from the support team.
Name:
If you need to update your name, you’ll need to contact our support team for assistance. Unfortunately, you cannot change your name yourself.
Email:
To change your email address, go to the Email section. Simply click Change Email to update it.
Phone:
You can update your phone number in the Phone section. Simply enter the new one and click Save. There are no restrictions, and you don’t need to confirm anything.
Billing Address:
In the Billing Address section, you can view your current Country, Address, City, State, and Zip Code. If you wish to make changes, simply edit the fields and click Save.
Appearance Settings
System Theme:
Personalize the appearance of the app by choosing between the Dark or Light theme. The app also syncs with your Telegram settings by default.
Fees & Limits
In this section, you can view the applicable fees and your transaction limits.
How to Increase Limits:
To request an increase in your transaction limit, you can submit a request to our support team directly through the app. Please note that having a transaction history is required to process the increase smoothly.
