What is a Passcode
A passcode is a 4- or 6-digit code you create in the app to protect sensitive actions like viewing card details or sending funds.
For convenience, you can also use biometric authentication (Face ID or fingerprint) instead of entering the passcode.
Set Passcode
Tap on your Profile (Settings) in the top-left corner of the app.
Click Passcode.
Click Set Passcode and type your desired passcode.
Please note: You can choose its format (4 or 6 digits) by tapping Passcode Options.
Manage Passcode
In the Passcode section, you can change your existing passcode whenever you want.
Go to your Profile (Settings).
Click Passcode.
Enter your current passcode.
Select Change Passcode, enter your new desired passcode.
Disable Passcode
If you no longer want to use a passcode, follow these steps:
Go to your Profile (Settings).
Click Passcode.
Enter your current passcode.
Click Turn Passcode Off.
Where It's required
You’ll be asked to enter your passcode when performing sensitive actions, such as:
Viewing card details (Reveal Details button)
Sending funds (Send button)
💡How it works: You enter your passcode the first time you perform a sensitive action. After that, you remain verified and won’t need to re-enter it until the app is closed.
If the app is fully closed, you’ll be asked to enter the passcode again the next time.
Using Biometric Authentication
For extra convenience, you can set up biometric authentication and use it instead of a passcode to access sensitive information. Available options are:
Face ID
Fingerprint
⚠️ Biometric authentication availability depends on your device model and operating system settings.
If You Forgot Your Passcode
If you forget your passcode, you can recover it using a verification code sent to your email. Simply click "Forgot passcode?" and follow the on-screen instructions to reset it securely.
