This guarantees your place in the first production waves once we start issuing physical cards.
Does the price include shipping?
No.
The slot price does not include shipping.Shipping will be paid separately once production starts.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on:

shipping method
card type (plastic or metal)
Final pricing will be shared before cards are dispatched.
What if you can’t ship to my country?
If we’re unable to deliver to your country, you’ll be able to request a full refund of your slot.

When will I receive the card?
Exact timelines will be announced after the campaign ends and production begins.
Buying a slot guarantees priority access — not immediate delivery.
We are currently planning production and first shipments in Q3 (estimated). Final dates will be confirmed closer to launch.
What’s the difference between waves?
Each wave has:

its own price
limited availability
Earlier waves = lower price.
Can I request a refund?
Yes.
Refunds are available before card personalization and shipping begin.
What happens after I pay?
After successful payment:
Your slot status becomes Reserved
You’ll receive a confirmation push
We’ll contact you later to confirm your shipping address
Can I change my shipping address later?
Yes.We’ll collect and confirm addresses before shipping.
What’s the difference between plastic and metal?
Metal cards are heavier and premium

May include upgraded packaging
Functionality is the same.
Can I upgrade from plastic to metal later?
Yes. If you purchased a plastic slot, you’ll be able to upgrade to a metal card by paying the price difference based on the current wave pricing.
If metal slots are sold out, you can subscribe for notifications and join the next available wave once it opens.
How long is the card valid?
The physical card is valid for 3 years from the date of issuance.
After it expires, you can request a replacement card for the full replacement price available at that time.
