How to send funds to an external crypto wallet

Learn how to send crypto from your Karta Personal balance to an external wallet or exchange. This article explains supported tokens and networks, how the transfer works, and what fees apply.

You can send payouts in the following tokens:

How to send crypto

  1. Open Karta app

  2. Tap Send

  3. Choose External Wallet

  4. Enter the token, network, wallet address, and amount

  5. Review the details

  6. Tap Send

Important before sending

Please make sure that:

  • the wallet address is correct

  • the selected network is correct

  • the receiving wallet supports the selected token and network

⚠️ Crypto transfers cannot be reversed once completed.

Withdrawal fees

Your total withdrawal fee can include up to 2 parts:

  • network fee

  • service fee

Service fee

The service fee is 0.1% of the withdrawal amount.

Exchange rate

All currency conversions are processed using a mid-market exchange rate. This rate reflects the average exchange rate between the buy and sell prices available on the global currency markets at the time of the transaction. The applicable exchange rate is determined at the moment the conversion is executed and may vary depending on market fluctuations and timing of the transaction.

Transfer time

Crypto withdrawals usually arrive within 1–5 minutes. If the network is busy, it may take up to 1 hour in rare cases. If your funds still haven’t arrived after 1 hour, please contact support in the app.

What’s the minimum amount?

The minimum transfer amount is 1 USDT.
