If you don't see your game or deal in progress within 24 hours of installing or signing up, something isn't working. Stop and try these troubleshooting steps:
Confirm you have tracking enabled on your device.*
Confirm you aren't connected to a VPN or Proxy.
Disable ad or extension blockers.
Confirm you're using the device you initially used to accept the game or deal.
Confirm iCloud Private Relay is disabled. (iOS only)
Check back in a few hours to see if it appears to be in progress in KashKick. If you're still experiencing issues, contact Support.
