Fixing issues with tracking

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Tracking lets us monitor your progress in games and participation in deals so that we can reward you. If your progress isn't showing up in KashKick, a tracking issue is likely to blame. We know this can be frustrating, but we're here to help!

Where to check your progress

Start by checking your progress in KashKick and comparing it to your progress in the game app or deal website.

Here's how:

  • Android or kashkick.com users - Go to the My Games tab in Games

  • iOS users - Go to the My Challenges tab in Challenges.

  • Deals for all devices - Go to the Deals - In Progress tab.

If you don't see your activity recorded within 24 hours after installing the game, signing up for the deal, or reaching a goal, tracking isn't working.

Common causes of tracking issues

  1. Device tracking settings

  2. VPNs, DNS settings, or proxies which mask your identity and location

  3. Ineligibility, such as playing a game you previously installed

  4. Opting out of cookies

  5. Ad blockers and browser extensions

  6. Switching devices during an active offer

  7. An unstable internet connection

Troubleshooting steps

Try these steps to troubleshoot tracking issues:

  1. Confirm you have tracking enabled on your device.*

  2. Disable or disconnect from any VPNs or proxies.

  3. Disable ad or extension blockers.

  4. Disable iCloud Private Relay if you're on iOS.*

  5. Confirm you haven't previously installed the game or accepted the offer on this or another device.

  6. Confirm you're using the device on which you initially installed or started the game or deal.

  7. Confirm you have a stable internet connection.

After completing these steps, check back in a few hours to see if your progress shows up in KashKick.

If you're still experiencing issues, contact Support for more help. However, we cannot manually resolve tracking discrepancies, as activity reporting depends on game advertisers.
