Fix tracking issues in KashKick

If your activity isn’t appearing in KashKick, tracking may not be working correctly.

This guide walks through how to confirm and fix common tracking issues.


Confirm your progress

First, check whether your progress has been tracked:

  • Games: My Games

  • Deals: In Progress

If your activity hasn’t appeared within 24 hours of installing, signing up, or completing a goal, tracking likely failed.


Common causes

Tracking settings

  • Tracking is not enabled for KashKick or the game

  • Cookies disabled or opted out

  • VPN, DNS, or proxy in use

  • Ad blockers or browser extensions are active

Device & connection

  • Switched devices during the offer

  • Weak or unstable internet connection

Eligibility and installation

  • Not a new user

  • Installed or signed up outside of KashKick

Fix tracking issues

1. Enable tracking

  • Turn on tracking for both KashKick and the game

  • Enable device-level tracking (iOS or Android)

  • Check the Tracking Health tool in the account menu

2. Turn off blockers

3. Use the original device

  • Stay on the same device you started with

  • Ensure a stable internet connection

4. Confirm eligibility

  • Must be a new user

  • Must install or sign up through KashKick


Check again

After updating your settings, wait a few hours and check your progress again in KashKick.
