Fix issues with tracking

If your activity in a game app or with a deal isn't appearing in KashKick, tracking might be the cause. We use tracking to accurately record your activity and purchases, allowing us to provide you with a more personalized and rewarding experience. Follow the tips in this article to confirm and troubleshoot tracking.


Confirm your progress

Start by reviewing your progress on the offer in KashKick, then compare it with your progress in the game app or deal website. Here's how:

  • Android or kashkick.com users - Go to the My Games tab in Games

  • iOS users - Go to the My Games tab in Games

  • Deals for all devices - Go to the Deals - In Progress tab.

If you don't see your activity recorded on the game or deal card in KashKick within 24 hours after installing the game, signing up for the deal, or reaching a goal, and you've confirmed you meet the offer eligibility requirements, then tracking isn't working correctly.


Common causes of tracking issues

There could be several reasons why tracking isn't working:

  • Device tracking settings

  • Not allowing game apps or KashKick to track when prompted

  • Using VPNs, DNS settings, or proxies to hide your identity and location

  • Opting out of cookies

  • Using ad blockers and browser extensions

  • Switching devices during an active offer

  • Having an unstable internet connection

  • Installing the app from a source other than KashKick

Check out the new Tracking Health Dashboard to make sure your device settings are optimized! Find the link in the account menu inside the KashKick app. This new tool helps you verify tracking, VPN, and iCloud Private Relay (iOS) settings.

Troubleshooting steps

Try these steps to resolve tracking issues:

  1. Make sure tracking is enabled on your device. Confirm that you've turned on tracking in both the game app and KashKick.

  2. Turn off or disconnect from any VPNs or proxies.

  3. Disable ad blockers or extension blockers.

  4. Turn off iCloud Private Relay if you're on iOS.

  5. Use the same device where you originally installed the game or signed up for the deal.

  6. Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

  7. Check that you haven't already installed the game or signed up for the deal on this device or another one. If you installed the app or signed up through a source other than KashKick, you're not eligible for the offer.

After completing these steps, wait a few hours and check if your progress appears in KashKick.

If you continue to experience issues, please contact Support for further assistance. However, we cannot manually resolve tracking discrepancies, as activity reporting depends on game advertisers.
