How do I get KashKick to appear in Tracking settings on my iOS device?

Updated today

If you're having trouble getting KashKick to appear in the Tracking list within your iOS device settings, check to see if you have iCloud Private Relay or VPN enabled. Those settings can prevent tracking from working. For help, see Tracking on iOS.

If you don't have those features enabled, follow the troubleshooting steps below.

1 - Check your device settings

Let's ensure you've correctly allowed apps to request to track. This is within your device settings, and if it isn't enabled, you won't see a tracking request in KashKick or any app.

  1. Open device Settings; it's the gear icon.

  2. Scroll to Privacy & Security, then tap it.

  3. Tap Tracking.

  4. Confirm that Allow Apps to Request to Track is enabled; it should look like this:

If it's not, tap Allow Apps to Request to Track.

Now, check to see if KashKick is enabled in the Tracking list. If KashKick isn't enabled, tap the toggle to enable it. It should look like this:

If KashKick isn't in the list, continue to step 2.

2 - Return to KashKick

Go back to KashKick. Do you see a tracking message that looks like this?

Excellent! Tap Allow. Tracking should be working now. But, if you'd like to double-check, return to device Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and confirm that KashKick is enabled.

If you don't see that message in KashKick, or if KashKick wasn't enabled in your Tracking list when you checked it, continue to step 3.

3 - Stop the KashKick app and try again

Steps for stopping an app vary based on your device type.

iPhone X or later

  1. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen.

  2. Swipe right or left to find KashKick.

  3. Swipe up.

iPhone SE, iPhone 8 or earlier, and iPod touch

  1. Double-tap the Home button.

  2. Swipe right or left to find KashKick.

  3. Swipe up.

Now, try to find KashKick in Tracking to enable it:

  1. Return to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

  2. Look for KashKick.

  3. Tap the toggle to the right to enable tracking for KashKick.

Still not working? Continue to step 4.

4 - Uninstall and reinstall the KashKick app

If you're still having trouble, try uninstalling and reinstalling KashKick. Once you've reinstalled KashKick and logged in, return to Tracking (again) in your device settings.

Remember, that's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. You should see KashKick there, tapping the toggle to enable tracking.
