If you are not satisfied with the work you received, you have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to withdraw from the sale and receive a full refund.
Customers based in countries outside the European Union and in the French Overseas Departments will also be refunded their shipping costs.
To exercise your right to withdrawal from the sale, you can:
- Use the online form in your Order History by consulting the order in question.
- Send us an email at clients(a)kazoart.com using the withdrawal form attached at the end of the Terms and Conditions of Use clearly expressing your desire to withdraw and specifying the title of the work and the name of the artist.
KAZoART will immediately forward the form or declaration to the artist in question and will send you the pre-paid return shipping form. We ask that you return the work to the artist in its original packaging. You will then print the return shipping label and tape it to the package before it is picked up by our carriers.
Once the artist has received the work, you will be refunded the entirety of your order.
