In case of sale, the buyer has a 14 day retraction period if he wishes to return the art piece.

This withdrawal period corresponds to the legal period on consumption, according to the Hamon Law:

"The consumer has a period of fourteen days to exercise his right to withdraw themselves from a contract concluded remotely, following a telephone agreement or a sale that was made off-premises, without having to give valid reasons for their decision or to bear other costs than those provided for in Articles L. 121-21-3 to L. 121-21-5."

We consider this delay to be important: art lovers are not yet used to buying a piece of art without having already seen it "in real life", and KAZoART is keen to change practices and remove possible hindrances to online purchases.

This withdrawal period allows us to reassure the buyer and build loyalty, therefore greatly benefitting the artist too!

But rest assured, returns represent less than 1% of the cases at KAZoART!
