If you are away from home and cannot ship your works for a period of more than 7 days, we ask that you inform us.

You can do so via your Seller Space. Log in and click on the link "Absence management".

Enter your start and end dates of absence, and validate.

It will then be specified on all the pages of your works on the site that you cannot send the work before your declared return date.
