In the event of a delayed delivery, KAZoART is notified and manages the situation with the carrier and the customer.

We will then investigate the reasons for the delay. If it turns out that you have not respected the deadlines for the shipment of your work, and that this leads to the cancellation of the sale by the customer, we will be entitled to ask you for certain compensations.
