First of all, if an artwork arrives damaged, you must imperatively inform the deliveryman or the carrier at the time of the reception of the parcel. Make a report on the spot and sign a claim form.

Whatever you do, do not wait for the deliveryman to leave, otherwise the carrier will not compensate you for the damage caused during transport.

Then, document the condition of the work and its packaging, if possible by taking photos and send this information to KAZoART: team@kazoart.com.

KAZoART will contact the buyer or the carrier, depending on the situation, to ensure a refund of the price of the work, if conditions permit.
