Manage labels from the Inbox, chat, or Pipelines

Add or remove labels at any time to segment your leads and keep your outreach organized.

📬 From the Inbox

There are several ways to manage labels in the Inbox:

▶️ From the member list (on hover)

  • Hover over a member in the central list to reveal quick actions.

  • Click Add label to assign one or more labels.

🧠 From the sidebar label manager

In the left-hand sidebar of the messaging interface, click Manage Labels to create, edit, or delete your labels.


💬 From a conversation (chat)

Open a member’s conversation from the Inbox.
In the right-hand panel, under the actions section (Pipeline, reminder, etc.), you’ll find:

  • The list of labels currently applied

  • An option to add or remove labels for this specific lead


📦 From a Pipeline

At the top right of any Pipeline page, click Manage Labels to access all your label options.

💡 You can also select multiple members within a column and apply labels in bulk using the batch action menu.
