🚀 What is an automated campaign?

An automated campaign is a scenario that runs on its own to engage your LinkedIn leads.

You define a Sequence of actions (called Sequences) such as visiting a profile, sending a connection request, messages, and follow-ups.
Kanbox takes care of executing each step for you, safely and gradually.

🎯 The goal: save time, scale outreach, and stay within LinkedIn’s behavioral limits.

🧱 Étapes pour créer une campagne

🧱 Steps to create a campaign

Head to the Campaigns section and click + New or duplicate an existing campaign.

  1. Name your campaign

  2. Choose your recipients:

    • a lead list previously imported into Kanbox from LinkedIn or Sales Navigator

    • a list of members with a specific label

    • or the “New Connections” source: each person who becomes a new 1st-degree connection during the campaign will be added automatically

  3. Add Sequences in the order you want them to be executed

  4. Launch the campaign — Kanbox handles the execution

🧩 What is a Sequence in Kanbox?

A Sequence is a campaign step — an automated action that Kanbox will perform for each recipient.

Available Sequences:

  • Visit profile

  • Follow member

  • Like member’s post

  • Connection request

  • Send message

  • Follow-up message 1 → 6

📌 There must be at least one hour between two Sequences for the same recipient, to simulate natural behavior.

📊 A Pipeline is automatically generated

When you launch a campaign, Kanbox automatically creates a dedicated Pipeline linked to it.

Each column represents one of the campaign’s Sequences.

🔄 Les leads sont automatiquement déplacés d’une colonne à l’autre au fur et à mesure qu’ils avancent dans le scénario.

💡 As the campaign progresses:

  • leads are moved automatically from one column to the next

  • you can visualize their current stage

  • and interact with them manually if needed

⏱️ Member status (accepted connection, replied message, etc.) is synced every hour.

📈 View campaign statistics

Each campaign provides access to detailed performance statistics so you can evaluate its impact at a glance.

You can track:

  • the total number of processed members

  • the number of connection requests sent

  • the acceptance rate of those connection requests

  • the reply rate to your messages

These indicators help you:

  • identify the most effective Sequences

  • refine your messages or targeting if needed

  • compare the results between different campaigns

💡 Stats are updated automatically as the campaign progresses.
You can view them at any time from the campaign details page.

🕒 How are campaigns executed?

Kanbox schedules and adjusts actions daily based on:

  • your quota limits

  • your defined working hours

  • and each lead’s progress in the campaign

🧠 All tasks are visible either from the “Tasks” tab inside the campaign, or globally via the Asynchronous Tasks menu in the left sidebar.

⌛ Task statuses:

  • Scheduled – the task is planned and waiting for execution

  • Processing Browser – the task is running in the browser

  • Processing – the task is running in the cloud (if enabled)

✅ Task outcomes: success or error

Once executed, tasks appear with one of the following statuses:

  • DONE – task completed successfully

  • ERROR – task failed

➡️ If the error is related to Kanbox (e.g. a connection issue), the task is automatically rescheduled.

➡️ If the error is related to LinkedIn (e.g. profile deleted, blocked, or inaccessible), the task is discarded..

📌 Campaign statuses

  • Draft – the campaign is being created

  • Running – campaign is active (⚠️ max 3 active campaigns at once)

  • Queued – waiting for a slot if 3 are already running

  • Completed – all recipients have finished the sequence

  • Archived – campaign has been closed or archived

🔐 Key rules to remember

  • 🕐 A minimum of 1 hour is required between Sequences for a single lead

  • 🚫 A lead can’t be in multiple campaigns at once

  • 🌐 Execution happens in the browser or in the cloud, depending on your settings

  • 📅 Campaigns respect your custom quotas and schedules
