How to import icebreakers and use them in automated campaigns?

Updated over a week ago

An icebreaker is the first personalized message or opening line you use to grab someone’s attention, spark interest, and start a conversation. It’s meant to “break the ice” so your outreach doesn’t feel cold, generic, or salesy.

With generative AI, it's now easy to generate icebreakers for lists of leads.

Here is how you can use icebreaers with Kanbox.

  1. Once you have a list of leads ready to be used, you can export this list in a CSV file and then use a tool like ChatGPT to generate a new icebreaker column in this file. ChatGPT can use the data of each line to generate a customized icebreaker for each line.

You ca also use tools like GPT for Sheet to display the CSV file in Google Spreadsheet and generate an icebreaker for each line.

  2. Once a new CSV file with the icebreaker is ready, you can re-import tis file in Kanbox. Select the search you've exported.

Map the Linkedin profile URL and icebreaker columns properly.

  3. Import the file. It will import the icebreaker for each lead.

  4. You can now create a campaign using the icebreaker in the first message.
