How do I add a new user? How do I invite a teammate to access my Keen Organization or Project? | Knowledge Base

Here are a few short steps to help you invite your teammate to view your analytics project!

Step 1: Log in to keen.io/login and select the Admin tab (Fig. 1)

Step 2: Type in the new user's email address, and press "Add Admin" (Fig. 2)

Confirmation message: "User successfully added to the organization."

To add a teammate to your Project:

Step 1: Log in to keen.io/login and select your Organization name

Step 2: Click on Projects (Fig 3)

Step 3: Select Access (Left side of UI)

Step 4: Scroll to the Project Members section, type the user's e-mail address, and press "Invite member”

Confirmation message: "User successfully added to project."
