Need to update your credit card? Here's How:
Via the Keen UI
Step One: Log into your Keen account
Step Two: Select Billing Details on the Left-hand Menu (Figure 1)
Step Three: Select Update Payment Method (Figure 2), where you will be redirected to your Billing portal. Once logged in, Select "Update Payment Method" on the Billing Details Menu bar within your portal (See Figure 3 ).
Step Four: Enter your new Credit Card information and select "Save"
Via Your Billing Portal
Step One: Log into your Chargify billing portal via the Billing Management link sent to the account's Billing Administrator via Email. If you need to change the billing administrator on the account, or have this link resent, please reach out to team@keen.io
Step Two: Select "Update Payment Method" on the Billing Details Menu bar (See Figure 3 below)
Step Three: Enter your new Credit Card information and select "Save"
