Your Keller account gives you access to order history, saved payment methods, and faster checkout. Here’s how to manage your account effectively:
Creating an Account
1. Visit Keller4Salon.com.
2. Click on the profile icon (👤) in the top-right corner. It looks like a person silhouette

3. Click ‘Create Account.’ A form will pop up where you’ll need to enter your First Name, Last Name, Email, and Password. Make sure to use a secure password you can remember.
4. Click Create to complete the setup.
Logging into Your Account
1. Click on the account icon (👤) in the top-right corner.
2. Enter your Email and Password in the login form.
3. Click Sign In to access your account.
If you’re using Shop Pay, you may be asked to verify your login with a 6-digit code sent to your email. Simply check your inbox, enter the code, and continue
Updating Account Details
1. Log in and navigate to Account Details.
2. Update your name, email, password, or saved addresses as needed.
3. Changes will be saved automatically.
Viewing Order History
1. Click Order History in your account dashboard.
2. View past and current orders, including order details and tracking updates.
Note: If no orders have been placed, a message will display stating, “You haven’t placed any orders yet.”
Managing Addresses
1. Click View Addresses in your account dashboard.
2. Add or edit saved addresses for a smoother checkout experience.
Resetting Your Password
1. Click Forgot Your Password? on the login page.
2. Enter your email and submit the request.
3. Follow the instructions in the reset email to create a new password.
