Highland Pumps - Extended 6 years. Repaired or replaced. All hydraulic lifts are warranted to be free from defect for a period of two years from the date of purchase. If the unit fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, Highland Machine will repair or replace it free of charge. All hydraulic lifts older than two years, but less than six years, will be repaired or replaced with a remanufactured unit for a charge of $35.00 per unit.
All-purpose Reclining Chair Mechanisms - 1 year.
Shampoo Bowl Chairs - Fixtures and parts 90 days
Upholstery is guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship upon receipt.
All Electronics (Dryers, steamers, processors, towel cabinets, facial machines, etc.) 1 year repaired. (Customer to pay shipping charges after the first year from date of sale)upon receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: This warranty, however, does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, alteration, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs. All plumbing installations must be installed by a licensed plumber with a copy of the plumber's invoice returned with the warranty card within 30 days for activation. In addition, this warranty is limited solely to repair, replacement, credit, or refund of the original purchase price of the product. Keller International shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for consequential or incidental damages including, but not limited to, labor costs or loss of profits arising in connection with the use of or inability to use products purchased from Keller International. This warranty is Non-Transferable.
