Once you have received your new chair, or if your pump is starting to show signs of sluggishness, follow this procedure to fix it.

*Make sure the pump is at room temperature and the chair is in a full upright position before doing the following steps.

  • Have someone sit in the chair and pump the chair up to the highest position and then let the chair down to the lowest position.

  • Do this three to four times, this will allow any air in the pump to be released. Repeat as needed.

IMPORTANT! When the chair is not in use or it is being moved, keep it all the way down and locked. This will keep air and dust from getting into your pump, and help with the longevity of the pumps life.
