Demonstrate how to access the calibration certificates for the sensors and the hand-held probes
When on the portal go to the Documents and Manuals tab on the drop-down menu and select Calibration Certs.
Scroll to the bottom of this page and the name of your controller will appear and the hand-held probes can appear here too.
Click the controller's name and a PDF form will open.
This form will contain all the sensors details on your site and the calibration date.
When a sensor/probe is calibrated, this will last for one year from the date.
If the hand-held probes do not appear on this page, go to the Manuals and Docs tab and then scroll down to Group Specific Documentation. The serial number should appear here, as seen below.
If you are unable to find the calibration cert of the Senors or the hand-held probes, contact support@kelsius.com with the serial number of the senor or the hand held.
