When on the portal go to the Report Wizard tab on the drop-down menu.

If you already have a report set up it will appear like the image below, if not click “add new report”. This will then take you through the steps to create a report.

To view the report, click the magnifying glass and input the dates you wish to view.

You will be able to get up to 3 months' worth of records on the portal. If you wish to access records more than 3 months ago you will have to do a data restore.

- Data Restore

Go to the configuration tab and select data restore.

Input the dates you want to view and the tablets and click restore.

This can take a while depending on how much information you have requested.

Once data has restored, you can view this information again by going to the report wizard and inputting the dates.
