When on the portal go to the configuration tab on the drop-down menu and select channel settings.
Find the sensor you want to change the alarm status on and click the edit pen.
Where it displays “change to” beside the sensor status, click the drop-down menu.
This will open a drop-down menu in which you can select the status you wish to put the sensor in.
Select the status and save.
The sensor status will then update when the controller communicates next.
