Demonstrate how to set up a cleaning task and how to add/ remove a task.
When on the portal go to the configuration tab on the drop-down menu and select cleaning/ tasks.
If you wish to create a new task list, click the “add task list”.
Fill in the necessary information.
Select the tablet you want it to appear on if there is more than one tablet on site.
Save.
The list will appear then on the left-hand side.
Click the blue circle, under the total task heading and ‘add task’ to add the tasks into this list.
A list of individual tasks will appear.
Tick the tasks you want to appear under this list and click save at the bottom.
If there is an individual task that you want and is not on the pre-defined list you can add it by clicking “add individual tasks” on the right-hand side of the page.
Fill in the necessary information.
Select the tablet you want it to appear on if there is more than one tablet on site.
Save.
Then you will have to go back and click the blue circle, under the total task heading and ‘add task’ to add the individual task you have created into this list.
- Removing
To remove any tasks, click the red ‘x’ beside the task you want to remove and select yes delete.
