If you want to update the status for an asset that has been verified, you can select an asset on your FOUND list or use the SEARCH box and type in identifying information. In the example below, a tag number was typed in.
Tip: The system defaults to NOT FOUND items, so remember to set your FILTER to FOUND or ALL if you are searching for an item already verified.
Click on EDIT button for asset you wish to update:
Change STATUS DESCRIPTION from ‘Accounted For’ to ‘Not Accounted’. Click SAVE.
